其間紙箱面紙爆線主要原因：1壓線壓力調整不妥2、紙板水分太低處理紙箱面紙爆線要從以下方面多做改進：印刷壓線必求深：印刷機在出產過程中由于壓線壓力過重易導致印刷爆線。如果將預壓輪壓重，紙箱不爆線，可是紙箱成型就欠好，紙箱四邊出現圓角現象。紙箱壓線太淺紙箱成型就會形成剪刀差，接縫巨細等現象，所以壓線就必求深。

在正常出產的情況下預壓輪要正確的運用，預壓的壓力一定要滿足不能過大或過小，預壓輪壓力一般操控在紙板厚度的一半左右為佳，壓線的深*依據紙質進行恰當的調整。為更好的處理紙板爆線問題，可以依據本公司運用的紙張進行預壓輪和壓線輪的改造！如預壓輪可以采用優力膠加鋼制材料制作，也可以在預壓輪上做壓線凸點，能更好的輔佐壓線作用。
